Supervise and coach the location specific training staff; schedule hours; vacations; and monitor performance. Manages On the Job Training (OJT) location budget. Guide the OJT location team to train and coach new and existing employees on job specific topics, work instructions, and SOP (standard operating procedures). Review OJT training and revise the training approach to
