Senior Director Senior Director, Organizations and People Advisory Services

***This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. ***

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our Organizations and People consulting practice areas. The Senior Director will be responsible for providing strategic direction, building a team of diverse Organizational Development and Transformation professionals, overseeing project delivery, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of leading consulting teams, cultivating client relationships, and delivering impactful results.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Director: Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Senior Director Organizations and People Advisory Services Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Consulting Services leadership.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality advisory and implementation services to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand our federal client base and drive revenue growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address complex business challenges.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Senior Director Organizations and People Advisory Services Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • MBA or related/specialized advanced degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience in management consulting or related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in senior leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Organizational Development, Human Capital, Workforce Design, Organizational Culture and/or Psychology, Talent Management, Change Management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Deep understanding of public sector trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to obtain and/or hold a Public Trust clearance.
  • Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Managing Director, Director of Operations, or Executive Director.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
