Responsible for completing product quality checks. Conducts routine and non-routine testing and analysis of production work. Quality checks may be reviewed for accuracy. Documents quality control issues as needed. Typically has 3-5 years of experience and works under broad supervision.

Functional Testing -Testing Prior to shipment

On units shipped to GE for calibration, we should use that trip as a road test.

After either a road test or post GE calibration

Road test - corners and some bumps to see is anything shakes loose and test functionality of components afterward.

  • LG leg testing after system install X 15 full extend check for leaks the following day.
  • Test slide out functionality X 5 each side...full cycles -Remove ceiling tiles and verify seal tight is secured and does not interfere with switch throughout the full cycle.
  • Test lift gate operation ten full cycles with and without load on lift. (20 cycles total) 300-500lbs 5 stow and unstow cycles-transport warning light verification, Lift alarm verification. Verify functionality of fixed control buttons and all pendants that are to be shipped with the coach.
  • Roll door- 10 full open and close cycles. Verify no excessive side to side movement.
  • ATS power transfer X5- Verify no breaker trip during transfer.
  • 2 hours gen run under load if unit does not go to GE.
  • Gen lockouts - Heat and roof heaters per modality
  • Test trailer 12V lighting.
  • Verify HVAC set points, humidity set points/ zone verification.
  • Digital level verification test
  • Lift gate railing fit up. Railing fits pockets
  • Door interlock verification
  • X-ray on light verification
  • Data port verification
  • High temp. alarm on Horizon
  • Voyager low temperature alarm
  • System E-stop button verification test.
  • Verify Keys operate locks throughout unit.
  • Verify Keyless entry function.
