The Consumer Sales Strategy & Operations Chief of Staff is focused on optimizing short-term sales performance and creating the strategy for long-term growth. The individual is responsible for providing analysis and reporting of sales-related data in an ongoing effort to increase overall productivity and drive data-based decision making. The role will be involved in implementing sales directives to inform product portfolio decisions, and will support the business planning process, including annual planning and sales target setting. The role is expected to drive operational efficiency and productivity by improving processes and developing tools, dashboards and automated reporting. This is a high exposure role that will regularly interface with Sales, Marketing, Product Operations, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Finance.
