We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Development Support to join our Issuer Services, Corporate Trust Controls team. This role will be a hybrid model position (3 days a week in office), and can sit out of the Jacksonville, FL - OR - Pittsburgh, PA office.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Global Specialist's primary responsibility is to thoroughly review new business and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed accurately within the prescribed time-frame
  • Perform onboarding document updates
  • Cultivate and conduct staff training and act as the LoB spokesperson
  • Enhance system testing and tracking, and champion for new initiatives and system upgrades
  • Act as GS business representative for new enterprise initiatives
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Undergraduate degree is highly preferred
  • 2 years' work experience within a Financial Institution
  • Expertise in creating and presenting to large groups
  • Excellent organizational skills, being proactive, and meticulously detail-oriented
