Requirements

Problem Analysis and Solution Identification:

  • Analyzing user business problems to identify potential automated system solutions.
  • Formulating and defining the scope and objectives of information systems through research, analysis, testing, and fact-finding.
  • Having a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements to effectively address user needs.
  • Analyze system capabilities to resolve input/output problems.

Communication and Presentation:

  • Preparing clear and concise communications.
  • Making presentations to recommend system enhancements or alternatives.

Functional Expertise:

  • Functional expert for the application suite, providing insights and expertise to customers and stakeholders.

Your contributions will directly impact the success of our systems, ensuring they meet business, user, and cost requirements.



REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Secret Clearance
  • IAT LVL II Certification (i.e. CompTIA Sec +)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with minimal direction.

Preferred:

  • Experience with SDDC's Integrated Booking System (IBS).
  • Experience in other USTRANSCOM/SDDC business systems.
  • Advanced degree
