Role Description & Responsibilities:

Dassault Systemes Americas is seeking a self-motivated, technically strong IT Support and Integration Engineer to join our Americas IT organization. This full-time position is based in the Paso Robles California office.

As Americas IT Service Operations Engineer, you will be actively managing local IT infrastructure & end-user environments, providing IT services and support to business users, ensuring Dassault Systemes field offices in the Americas are aligned with corporate standards, and assisting with integration of newly acquired companies.

What will your job be?

  • Manage and support end-user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets) and local environment (printers, unified communication, audiovisual) while complying with corporate standards

  • Lead regional and/or local IT projects, technical reviews, evaluate new technologies, make recommendations for process improvement

  • Provision new hardware and software, troubleshoot and provide prescribed solutions for all DS offices in Americas

  • Support IT operations using Dassault Systemes support tool. Follow, maintain DS set support KPIs (Approval workflows, resolution time & user satisfaction)

  • Document procedures to ensure business continuity

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a 4-year accredited college/university

  • Minimum 4 years of IT experience

  • A customer support mind-set and ability to work with senior level business leaders

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in supporting critical business environments

  • Team-player, self-motivated, able to execute tasks independently and professionally supporting critical business environments

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 11

  • Good understanding of Active Directory, SCCM, Antivirus, and Security

  • Good analytical, troubleshooting skills to solve complex IT problems

  • Ability to support local infrastructure, such as servers, network, audiovisual equipment, etc.

  • Experience working with and administering MAC OS

  • High level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments

  • Strong communication and writing skills to document new or existing processes

  • An inquisitive mind to think outside the box with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Willingness to travel on business to other DS sites (Approximately 10%)

  • English & relevant local language skills if applicable

  • Ability to lift 40 lbs.

The total expected compensation range for this role will be between $104,000 and $148,000. In determining the pay range, we take into consideration experience, pay of employees in similar positions, and other job-related factors.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
