We are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator in USA. Your mission will be to:

The Technical Sales Coordinator is responsible for growing and maintaining business in the Select Market for Dietary Supplements for the the geography and labs assigned to them, as well as other business units on an assigned basis.

Main activities:
* Manage the Select sales efforts to best meet sales goals for Merieux NutriSciences, Inc. Focus is on mid-sized clients. Via telephone and webconferening and local travel as required, determine contact's interests and needs, then present information to sell products and services to qualified prospects and existing clients.
* Use processes and systems to enable laboratories to establish strong relationships with Select accounts by identifying and meeting client needs using all company services. Identify and grow existing accounts within assigned territory leveraging total package selling.
* For acquired business, lead onboarding and introduction of appropriate teams CC, Labs, etc. for technical and day to day support.
* Manage and facilitate introductions to other expert services sales team members for opportunities related to all Expert Services for new and existing clients coming from internet leads or via other channels. Communicate necessary information to clients; such as, MXNS internal expert who will be reaching out and contact information, timeframe within which they can expect a response, basic info on the service.
* Meet established quota numbers and performance expectations set with EVP Sales & Commercial Operations including but not limited to: sales quota and individual sales metrics. Demonstrate documented growth within the segment that includes all MXNS services.
* Follow sales support processes, complete expected documentation such as CRM, call reports, jot forms, etc. and system updates as required. Utilize sales support tools such as MyMXNS, Showpad, Qlik, Sales Navigator, etc.
* Participate in meetings between Laboratory Operations, Customer Care, Sales and Beyond Testing leaders to proactively review existing Select clients and determine possible sales opportunities within the clients.
* Conduct telephone interviews and surveys to define current and potential client needs and interests in Merieux NutriSciences services.
* Develop and maintain professional selling skills following the Sandler Training methodologies as well as technical expertise relating to safety and quality programs. Participate in the monthly sales conference calls and in divisional/national sales training events.
* Support corporate quality and continuous improvement process.

YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge of Dietary Supplement testing, typically obtained from a degree in Microbiology or Chemistry is helpful in fully understanding the complexity of the services provided by the company. Strong knowledge of sales techniques is helpful in presenting information to potential clients. Experience in dietary supplement processing or quality assurance is recommended to identify the concerns and challenges of clients and potential clients. Decisions made by this position may impact the department's strategic personnel goals and client's and potential client's satisfaction.

Required skills:
Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft software products are essential for performing duties. Good organizational skills are essential to effectively carry out assigned tasks. Strong interpersonal communication skills are critical in order to promote company services and programs, identify and respond to clients and potential client's needs, and to build professional relationships. The position will need to keep abreast of new and developing product and test information to ensure potential clients are not receiving information that is outdated or inaccurate.

Management: None
Under direct supervision of the a Sales Director, the position work is reviewed on a daily basis by the supervisor as tasks are undertaken and completed. The position works toward specific goals and targets established with the supervisor to provide prompt and accurate service to clients and potential clients.


Work Environment:
The position works in a home office environment in which surroundings are usually comfortable and pleasant. The usual work hours are 40 hours a week. Some special projects may require the position to work extended hours. The position spends extended periods of time on the telephone talking with clients and potential clients while also reviewing information on a computer screen. Physical dexterity in operating a keyboard is required. Infrequent travel may occur to offsite meetings or training seminars. Travel can be anywhere from 20- 40%
