Job Summary

This position is responsible for implementing and executing the test approach and strategy for test automation and test analytics and enforcing test quality standards. Providing whole project support and oversight, as well as integration with other projects. Serving as a mentor and support for the user acceptance tester. maintaining up to date knowledge of intricate and complicated claim processes and procedures. Assisting in the set up and maintenance of testing tools, reviewing UAT plans and providing guidance. Troubleshooting, in conjunction with End Users and Development Teams, on issues of reproducing, investigating and debugging software. Generating defect reports for issues found during testing, and providing accurate testing status to project stakeholders. Focusing on project quality issues, but also makes contributions beyond immediate assignments. Managing multiple testing projects concurrently.

Required Job Qualifications: *Bachelor's AND 3 years testing experience OR 7 years of or testing experience. *Experience with usability testing. *Experience with data analytics and reporting. *Experience with SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development. *Knowledge with testing methodologies. *Experience with test reporting and trend analysis. *Detail oriented. *Problem solving and analytical skills. *Knowledge of medical and industry terminology. *Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. *Experience meeting deadlines. *PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Preferred Job Qualifications: *Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology. **Interpersonal skills. **Experience with test automation.
