Position Summary:
The Psychometrist performs formal psychological assessment with patients under the direction of a licensed Psychologist. The Psychometrist must ensure a collaborative relationship with Neuropsychologists. The Psychometrist must be able to communicate well with providers, patients, families and staff.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Related Field or Masters preferred
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
Board Certification through Association of Psychometrists Board of Certified Psychometry preferred and recommended within 2 years of hire.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Testing experience with or knowledge of the following tests - not limited to those listed. Other tests are used as needed. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must have necessary skills to give batteries of tests to a wide variety of individuals of all ages and abilities. Must continue learning and gaining skills with new testing materials. Must utilize good judgment in situations that will bring out the best performance in individuals. Needs ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers. Must be self-motivating, highly enthusiastic, well organized and flexible in hours as necessary.
