Prospect office.
The main role of the Customer Relations Advocate Support (CRAS) position is to manage and handle customer issues after receipt of an order. This includes but is not limited to: Returns, Payment Disputes, Credits, Debits and Order Discrepancies: receiving and pricing. The CRA is responsible for working internally with the other CRA's, Lead Advocates, Supervisor and Managers.
