Job Title

Manager, Digital Media Performance AnalystAre you the next Manager, Digital Media Performance Analysts we are looking for?In this role, you'll:
  • Manage the workflow and workload to ensure SLAs are being met by team and there is an even balance of work, setting clear goals and objectives for the team.

  • Create and adapt a staffing model which will be used to forecast resource requirements to ensure we can deliver effectively as the number of Digital Media clients grows.

  • Track KPIs that the team is goaled on, ensuring frequent communication to the team with assistance to improve underperforming stats.

  • Ensuring best practice and processes are being followed.

  • Coaching existing and new employees, fostering team engagement, positive morale, and developing the overall team

  • Collaborate with Manager on initiatives that ensure we remain consistent in our business practices, tools and performance analysis, ultimately leading to Global Consistencies where they make sense for the business.

About the Ideal Candidate:

Education:

BA or BS Degree, preferred in related field of study, including Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Finance

Relevant Work Experience:
  • 4+ years of online digital media/advertisingexperience in a client-facing role

  • Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Paid Display, Programmatic or Email Marketing, along with Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Ads/Facebook Business Manager.

  • Prior work experience in theHospitality industry is preferred.

  • Thorough understanding of direct response marketing in the digital age and media planning.

  • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results-oriented business environment.

  • Project management experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Office, with expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Business Understanding:
  • Deep knowledge and experience working with all Digital Media platforms, with experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

  • Good understanding of market trends and hospitality KPIs, with strong focus on the interaction between those KPIs and Digital Media performance

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Able to understand the statistics & troubleshoot the data to identify the way forward.

  • Need to stay updated, especially when it comes to new platform features, ways of optimizing campaigns and market trends in terms of source and destination markets demand, device contribution, and more.

Skills:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) + other Microsoft software (Teams, Planner, Power Automation)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), Spanish a plus

  • Out-of-the-box thinking, analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ownership, eagerness to learn and share knowledge, teaching skills.

  • Knowledge and experience working with ad tags, basic HTML and rich media is a plus.
