Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower's capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their vision of "well-th. rebalanced." Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).
Your Future Team
Hightower's marketing department is dedicated to building sophisticated and forward-thinking marketing solutions and tools for Hightower's financial advisory practices, corporate needs, and developing and maintaining Hightower's brand across all channels. The team is responsible for a wide range of marketing and creative guidance and services, including collateral creation; multimedia content development; website design; social media marketing; paid media marketing; digital marketing automation; campaign journeys; event strategy and related campaigns; and more.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, we ask that you be someone who has experience building and executing communications plans, who can successfully meet deadlines. You must have an eye for detail and the ability to write for different audiences; we are looking for someone who can manage a schedule of newsletters, emails, and other comms within brand who can also collaborate with other departments to effectively communicate important initiatives without over-saturation. An understanding of the nuances of social media is also an asset.
