Job SummaryServe as a point of contact for clients and brokers. Work with various departments within Health Benefits to promptly respond to claim related inquiries, facilitate research and resolution. Interact with Client executives and legal staff as needed to handle legislative, State DOI or member appeal situations.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans.
  • Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Analytical skills, problem solving skills, reading ability, creative decision making skills, the ability to comprehend and follow instructions, mathematical ability and time management skills are required.
  • Ability to travel as required for this position.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • State insurance license
  • College degree

The compensation range for this Client Coordinatorrole is $47,300 to $88,800. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
