Position Overview:

The Fleet Solutions Analyst is responsible for creating, developing and generating quotations for final stage product. As part of the Fleet Solutions team, this person is tasked with providing turnkey solutions that support a complex and growing customer base. Additionally, the Fleet Solutions Analyst will perform various administrative, analytical and ad-hoc tasks to support department and company initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer wants, needs, issues and expectations for final stage products.
  • Analyze and interpret diverse product line-up including manufactured and purchased items.
  • Ensure all spec and chassis requirements meet compliance standards.
  • Research and apply equitable price strategies that meet both corporate and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present quote layout, format and structure directly with customers and/or support staff.
  • Collaborate with various internal groups including Account Management, Engineering, Order Management, Sales and Supply Chain to satisfy proper price positioning requirements.
  • Fulfill basic customer service needs within a small team environment.
  • Support overall Customer Support goals through key focus areas and initiatives.

Position Requirements:

  • Previous customer service, quoting, pricing or sales knowledge helpful.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) applications required.
  • Quantitative skills, analytics, and knowledge of marketing, economic, and financial principles essential.
  • Technical, mechanical aptitude within the Truck Equipment industry is valuable.

Physical/Mental Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position:

Must be able to perform normal office duties and meet deadlines in a timely fashion. Normal standing, walking, and lifting conditions in an office environment. Ability to communicate verbally and in written form. Occasional overnight travel may be necessary but minimal.
