As a Lead Engineer - Program Management you will be responsible for:

  • Administers the Product Development and Project Management processes for new products in the product line.Ensures accurate budgets, resource allocation/integration. Review and report on schedule, budget, and tollgate process for New Products.
  • Reports metrics, KPIs, related to product development process.
  • Load and capacity management for ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to S&OP, as required.
  • Partners with technical and product management teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Ensures process compliance, schedules gate meetings, manages process deliverables, information accuracy, reporting, etc.
  • Provides coaching to technical resources in project management related to resource planning, risk management, lead time, etc.
  • Act as contact between technology, product management, and other functions for Portfolio Management for priority setting, consolidating information between different sub product-lines, and executing on changes

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical disciplines from an accredited university or college.

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or related technical role with experience in Program/Project Management.

  • PMP Certification preferred.

  • Proficiency on MS Project or other Project Management Scheduling software
