Omron Management Center of America, Inc has an opening for a Treasury Analyst. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for forecasting and analysis within Treasurydepartment. Review of cash flow positions, related borrowings, available funds for investment and ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements and monitoring the cash activities of the OMCA subsidiaries in the cash pooling account. Responsible for performing administrative tasks on internal/external banking platform, corporate credit card and Concur expense reimbursement for region. (US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico). The individual may be required to participate in various projects and will perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Support forecast and payment processes for US, Canada and Mexico
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with cash/credit card transactions partnering with Financial Institute
  • KPI and Treasury reporting to Management
  • Oversee daily cash position and provide cash flow reporting to management for OMCA Region
  • Assist in providing information as requested by internal and external auditors in a timely manner
  • Administer 10 internal/external banking platforms for region
  • Lead the SAP Concur employee expense and reimbursement program
  • Administer Omron corporate card programs for USA & Canada and Mexico
  • Maintain Treasury training content using Scribe, Synthesia or other tools provided by Omron
  • Other duties and miscellaneous projects as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment.
  • JDE experience a plus
