Heritage Behavioral Health Center currently has the following positions available on our Clinical Leadership Team.
Community Support Team - Team Lead
This leadership position will serve as the lead for our Community Support Team (CST). This team provides recovery and resiliency oriented, intensive, community-based rehabilitation and outreach service for adult with mental health, and co-occurring disorders. It is team-based approach and consists of mental health rehabilitation interventions and supports necessary to assist the client in achieving and maintaining rehabilitative, resiliency and recovery goals. The Team Lead is the clinical and administrative supervisor of the team and also functions as a practicing clinician on the team. Services are provided in an array of Heritage locations, both on-site and off-site including but not limited to individuals served home, the community, healthcare locations and other social service agencies.
Coordinator, School Based Services
This full-time position will provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff who provide clinical services for children and adolescents in a school setting. This working leader must have clinical expertise in behavioral health concerns for youth and adolescents, with experience navigating school settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: on-site clinical supervision in a school setting, navigating electronic referral system, collaborating with school faculty to ensure behavioral health needs are met and addressed, and identifying sustainable workflow for school-based clinical staff using a fee-for-service model.
Program Manager, Community Support Services

Responsibilities include mental health rehabilitation interventions and supports necessary to assist the client in achieving and maintaining rehabilitation, resiliency and recovery goals. The Program Manager is the clinical and administrative supervisor of the team and also functions as a practicing clinician for the team. Services are provided in an array of Heritage locations, both on-site and off-site including but not limited to individuals served in their homes, the community, healthcare locations and other social service agencies.
Program Manager, Assertive Community Treatment
This position will provide leadership and managerial oversight for an Assertive Community Treatment team. The ACT team is a multidisciplinary team that provides a wide array of services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and dual disorders. An array of ACT services are provided in the community and include but are not limited to mental health counseling, substance use counseling, skill building, medication management, budgeting, healthcare practices, and accessing community services.
Team Lead, First.IL Program
Heritage is seeking a full-time Team Lead for the First.IL-First Episode Psychosis Program. This program is a specialized treatment approach that helps individuals who are between the ages of 14-40 and who have had a treated or untreated psychotic illness for no more than 18 months. This program promotes early identification and provides best treatment practices as soon as possible.
Program Manager, Crisis Care Services
This position on the leadership team provides clinical and administrative leadership to clinical programs providing crisis response, support, and accessing services. Heritage responds to individuals seeking help with depression, anxiety, substance use, and/or other distressing symptoms by providing a supportive response, counseling, and linkage to ongoing supportive services. The program will provide support to anyone, anywhere, and at any time.

Education and Experience:
The successful applicants will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services Field; a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field. Licensure as LSW, LCSW, LPC or LCPC is highly recommended. Ideal candidates will have previous leadership experience working, as well as direct clinical services to individuals with a mental health or substance use diagnoses.
A valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance are required for this position.
