Salary:

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Payroll and Benefits Specialist for Fuchs Lubricants Co. you will play a vital role in the HR department by overseeing US and Canada payroll and benefits. This position offers an opportunity to be exposed to other areas of HR at a global company that strongly believes in growth mindset.

This role will be responsible for processing two biweekly US payrolls and one biweekly Canadian payroll, administration of US and Canadian benefits, running reports, and participating in various improvement projects with the HR team. The successful candidate will also participate with our dynamic team of HR professionals in their efforts to build a transformative human resources function as part of a global company initiative.

Qualifications we are looking for:

The ideal candidate is an agile and resourceful HR/ Payroll professional with exceptional analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset. Organizational skills, communication skills, and process improvement mindset are also key to success. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Accounting or Business Administration is required. Three to five years related experience in HR/ Payroll is required.
