QUALITY & REPORTING ANALYST I
POSITION SUMMARY
The position is responsible for the overall BPO Operations reporting and quality assurance through collaboration with various BPO department managers. Including, but not limited to, the ongoing oversight of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, ensuring all executive and external facing materials meet Allied's brand standards, assess current workflows and processes to identify areas of improvement and work with department subject matter experts on implementing those improvements. The QA and Reporting analyst will act as a support partner to execute special time-sensitive projects as assigned. This position works directly with Allied's clients, internal teams, and external partners.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and comprehensive KPI reporting management strategy across the BPO teams in collaboration with department managers.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Allied's business needs, systems, and workflows.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail ensuring all executive level and external reporting meet Allied brand standards.
  • Collaborate and influence multiple partners, at all levels, within the company to ensure reporting objectives and performance standards are met.
  • Lead weekly status meetings and provide metrics to executive leadership.
  • Assess current processes and reporting, providing feedback and recommendations on process improvement or reporting opportunities by collaborating with department leaders.
  • Executes daily processes and procedures as assigned.
  • Writes and maintains process documents.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • 2-3 years related experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst
  • SQL (specifically, SQL Server) and report writing
  • Expertise with MS Office and VBA, especially Access strongly preferred
  • General familiarity with project management, especially in a waterfall methodology
  • Technically capable of understanding and adapting to new software programs
  • Communication Skills - excellent written and verbal
