This position will focus on business development. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials tailored for bid/rebid proposals, business development initiatives, proposal graphics, and client communication materials. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our marketing efforts effectively communicate our brand message and value proposition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or related field.
• Five years proven experience in marketing with a focus on business development and proposal development preferred.
• Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
