Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative is responsible for establishing, developing and growing the assigned territory and specific accounts. This position is responsible for driving results for their region by engaging both new and existing referral sources. Location of position is flexible within the territory which covers Chicago, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Lansing, and surrounding areas. This position will be remote but must have easy access to the locations in the territory.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health, psychology, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Must possess a minimum of one year of recent experience in performance driven sales, event planning or business development setting
  • Must have experience in account development and proven ability to close sales
  • Knowledge of addictions, dually diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for adults preferred
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software)
  • Must have a good driving record and be willing to provide annual Motor Vehicle/Driving records.
