Job Title: Production Team Lead II

Duration: 3 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE

Location: Chicago, IL 60629

Pay Rate: $34.00 - $36.08 Hourly

JOB SUMMARY

Description:

• This candidate will primarily be working WEEKDAY shifts, but schedule flexibility is a must.
• Candidate will be leading a team of 11-21 production associates day-to-day.
• Candidate will almost entirely be working on the bakery production floor - this is not a desk/office role.
• Candidate experience in manufacturing, production, or logistics is a CRITICAL.
• Client is looking to convert high-performing candidates at the conclusion of this assignment.

Education / Certifications:

• High School Required
• Bachelor's degree complete or incomplete / Specialization on Business Administration or Manufacturing Management preferred.
• Microsoft Office Intermediate - Excel
• Manufacturing tracker Systems
• IL6S / TPM preferred.
• SAP preferred.

Work Hours

Shift A: Fri 7-3, Sat 7-7, Sun 7-7, Mon 7-3

Shift B Shift would be Fri 11p-7a, Sat 7pm-7am, Sun 7p
