The E-Services representative will assist Bank customers with various aspects of the accounts and services the Bank provides.

This is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday and a Saturday morning rotation with a half day given during the week when working a Saturday. Hours are typically Monday thru Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with Debit and credit card ordering and maintenance
  • Assist customers with Debit and Credit cards reward redemption
  • Assist customers with online banking and cash management setup and maintenance
  • Assist customers with mobile banking
  • Assist customers with Bill Pay
  • Assist customers with sending wires
  • Answer calls/emails/messages while providing great customer service
  • Cross train on other areas when necessary
  • Adhere to department and bank policies and procedures
  • Complete all training requirements as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Computer Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point).
  • Experience using ITI/Director preferred
  • Teller experience a plus

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • General knowledge of bank procedures as they apply to other departments

Attendance Requirements

Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time and prepared to start work. Employees are expected to remain at work for their entire work schedule. Late arrival, early departure or other absences from scheduled hours should be avoided.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to sit for up to eight hours
  • Requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary
  • Requires the ability to hear, speak and/or signal people
  • Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and in English
  • Requires manual dexterity, typing, and the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
