To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Must have a High Diploma or Equivalent

  • 7+ years minimum of maintenance and repair experience on CNC/Manual machines - ***Prefers 10 + years of maintenance and repair experience on CNC/Manual machines including the following:

  • Mazak Lathes, Vertical Mills & Integrex Machines

  • Okuma

  • Weiler

  • Monarch Mills

  • Unisig Deep Hole Drilling

  • Sunnen Hones

  • Mori Seiki

  • Electrical/Electronic knowledge on CNC/Manual machines

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Self-Starter - Able to perform task without direct supervision.

  • Must be willing to work overtime and alternative hours as business requires.

Role Summary:

  • Responsible for the preventative maintenance and maintenance repair of all equipment, machines and computer numerical control systems including axis/spindle drive systems

  • Performs basic editing/programming of CNC and PLC systems

  • Repairs equipment & machines to manufactures recommendations and instrumentation/process controls in compliance with API and ISO quality specifications and/or safety systems requirements

  • May be responsible for training other team members and facilitating team activities and any special projects as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all machines and equipment to manufactures recommendations

  • Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot maintenance repairs and malfunctions

  • Dismantling and installation of machines and equipment

  • Preventative Maintenance of all machines & equipment

  • Ensuring all machines and equipment safety features are compliance with manufacturers and Baker Hughes guidelines & procedures

  • Training for other team members

  • Able to perform above task without direct supervision

  • Coordinating special projects

Desired Characteristics:

  • Trade school experience with electrical/electronics

  • Trainings / certifications with the following:

    • LOTO

    • Electrical Safety

    • Arc Flash Certified

    • Fall Protection

    • Crane Safety

    • DOT Hazardous Material Awareness and RECA Hazardous Waste Management

    • Forklift Certification

Work schedule: Second Shift, Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Must have flexibility to work overtime during the week, weekends and holidays as needed.
