Job Description
Position Summary

Branch Civil is searching for an Estimating Administrator to join our well-established, growing company. The Estimating Administrator reports to the Estimating Manager and is responsible for providing administrative support to the Estimating Department.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Maintains yearly company prequalification/licensing information
  • Compose and submit project specific and general prequalification questionnaires
  • Create and maintain proposal files
  • Data entry and maintenance of the Company CRM platform
  • Maintain and update Company subcontractor/supplier database
  • Update and maintain the company bid calendar including meeting coordination/scheduling
  • Receive and distribute plans and other pertinent information in a timely manner to the team
  • Contact vendors/subcontractors for quotes, qualifications, and other information as required
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of all necessary documentation for bids
Duties/Responsibilities Cont.
  • Reviews bid packages to ensure responsiveness with the project specifications and client requirements
  • Maintain estimate record documentation in accordance with Company policies and procedures
  • Monitor public procurement sites for potential opportunities
  • Compile, update, and maintain company sales and backlog information
  • Track and provide statistical data and other information to the Executive Team
  • Scans and file documents as needed
  • Assists with maintaining the office location in which assigned, including reception, answering phones, and ordering supplies for the office as needed
  • Other tasks as needed/assigned/requested
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED minimum. Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and with strong organizational skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Ability to accomplish tasks with minimum supervision, as well as follow instructions
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to adjust to work well with other professionals from various backgrounds

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time hourly position which will typically involve 40 hours a week, with occasional flexibility needed to meet critical deadlines.
