Job Description

Advantage Technical partnering with our client who is a global leader in digital security, financial platforms and currency is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire) with a focus on repairing and maintaining machinery

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of production equipment.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance of all production equipment.
  • Set up equipment in coordination with the production shift supervisor, aligning with the production schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and employee conduct rules, promoting a clean and hazard-free workspace.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical machinery.
  • Profound understanding of mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, compressors, rollers & chains, bearings, and hydraulics.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to repair and assemble equipment.

Preferred Requirements:

- Knowledge of PLC, AC/DC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Previous 2-4 years of vocational and/or maintenance technician experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose issues effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to analyze root causes of equipment failures.
