Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm - Hours varied working part time hours 25- 29 per week.

Maintenance Technician Duties/Responsibilities

• Mail Room: receiving and separating mail internal and external, UPS, and Fedex. Deliver to the proper area and sending out UPS and mail.
• Perform miscellaneous duties such as checking the grounds for potential dangers, checking the roof, vehicle maintenance, and changing light bulbs, stocking supplies, etc.
• Perform minor repairs to walls, ceilings, and floor coverings.
• Maintain the exterior of each Banking Center including the cleanliness of the parking lot and building.
• Perform outside work - snow removal, watering, mulching, spraying weeds, and trimming of landscaping.
• Backup Courier as needed.

Education

• Requires High School diploma.
• Experience in maintenance ie: painting, plumbing, hand tools, and minor repairs preferred.
• Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications
Knowledge of:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to:

• Take initiative to meet established deadlines for completion of work
• Analyze and solve problems for which there are not precedents
• Perform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressures
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Lift and carry an average of 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
