Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions
- Engage with stakeholder in discussions of the business situation and strategy
- Work with the business users to define the project scope and timelines
- Formulate and execute project plans, and manage cross-functional project teams across multiple geographies, solution practices and business domains
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery of multiple related material projects
- Manage, lead and direct the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project or projects
- Responsible for end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution
- Ensure that all applicable Enterprise standards, Enterprise procedures and any FLU/CF procedures are followed for the project and documentation meets Enterprise and line of business requirements
- Document and maintain complex business models, should interact with all departments and should participate on business definition meetings
Requirements:
- PMP Certified
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
- Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects
- Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk
- Excellent oral and written communication (English-Spanish)
- Demonstrated compliance culture
- Drive adoption of operational processes
- Ability to work in group
- Remains positive and focused during times of pressure or adversity
- Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Strong analytical skills and strong knowledge about business process, and product life cycles
- Ability to engage with the client in technology discussions
- Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution
- Experience in planning project deliverables and roadmap in close collaboration with product owners
- Ability to coordinate across developers, vendors, and business users
- Experience in issue resolution across multiple locations and businesses
- Demonstrated skill in client relationship management and ability to manage, direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members
- Self-motivated, pro-active individual, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to drive a project from concept to delivery
- Windows products including Visio and Project
