• Position: Advanced Practice Provider - APRN, Diabetes Inpatient, Edward Hospital
• Promotes quality patient care through an integrated role of practice, education, change agent, consultant, researcher and leader. Works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team members to support outcomes defined by regulatory agencies for patient services.

• Location: Edward Hospital Naperville, IL
• Full Time/Part Time: Full time 36 hours weekly
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
• Required Travel: none

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners or Clinical Nurse Specialists; national certification as Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist in applicable specialty is required.
• Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
• Current DEA licensure is required for prescriptive authority.
