Adult Crisis Center- Full time, Part time, PRN Mental Health Clinician
When individuals experience a behavioral health crisis, they require a focused level of attention and care. As a Clinician / Therapist with ourPathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho team, you will focus on de-escalation techniques, identify the clients immediate needs and providing clinical treatment to facilitate them in discharging from the crisis center. The position works with adults to complete crisis and risk factor assessments, provide crisis counseling services, and conducting individual therapy. In addition, the Crisis Center Clinician will collaborate with treatment team members, create discharge/aftercare plans to ensure ongoing stabilization for clients leaving the crisis center, and be responsible for reporting legal, ethical or safety issues. The staff at our Community Crisis Center work as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on crisis intervention skills to de-escalate, treat and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals.
