Job Description
As a Senior Workflow Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for one-to-one workflow enablement during onboarding and ongoing customer servicing. The Senior Workflow Enablement Specialist works under moderate direction of managers and senior team members. The Senior Workflow Enablement Specialist reports to the Manager, Customer Enablement - Workflow. We are seeking a candidate with ediscovery experience and a candidate who is a has obtained their Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
Role Responsibilities
  • Lead complex workflow enablement activities during onboarding.
  • Serves as escalation point to assess, manage, and respond to customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across entire product line.
  • Capture customer and prospective customer requirements and work with internal teams to create scopes of work and implementation plans to address business needs.
  • Serve as client surrogate across Relativity to ensure that end user's perspective is voiced during product development cycle.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings as required and assist with the preparation of presentation materials.
  • Delivery of One-to-Many programming as created by Community Enablement.
  • Competency to work across two or more customer segments.
  • Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.
  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years e-discovery experience.
  • Current Relativity Certified Administrator certification status and additional certifications establishing Expert status.
  • In-depth knowledge of Relativity Server and RelativityOne best practices.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals.
  • Business and IT acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking.

Compensation
  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $84,000 and $114,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
