About the role:

Key Deliverables

• In collaboration with our Environmental team, you will support activities related to Smelter operations.
• Activities may include installation of a Boreal Laser. You will be responsible for developing baseline emission guidance as well as putting together technical usage documents of portable instrument. You will also be responsible for developing a procedure for monitoring duct flow within primary fume control devices.
• Additional tasks as assigned and under the direction of the Environmental team.

Education/Experience

• Current undergraduate student in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, environmental) or Chemistry.
• Demonstrates respect and courtesy for others.
• Positive professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with computerized systems and databases.
