Reporting to the Director of Supply ChainFinancial Controller, the Manager Supply Chain Analytics is responsible to develop and execute a multi-year strategy to deploy reporting & analytic capabilities for internal and external operations, using the established analytic platforms within HARIBO. The Manager Supply Chain Analytics will have a direct impact over Supply Chain and work closely with various stakeholders and have the opportunity to build deep insights across the customer journey and our B2B functions, with the goal of providing the right information and tools to continuously improve the business results.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure improvement of analytics maturity via comprehensive deployment of the process standards
  • Ensure that stakeholders have the right and accurate metrics & dashboards to drive the Supply Chain performance, providing the customer service necessary
  • Design advanced analytics driven by data science methodologies, ensuring robust escalation processes when key triggers are met and/or not met
  • Drive reliable KPI reporting, lead further expansion of analytic platforms, continuously drives capability improvements to turn data into business insights and acts as a gatekeeper for report / dashboard creation
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics platform roadmap and strategy via BI reporting
  • Responsible to identify, activate and leverage opportunities across business units for key SC reporting needs, partnering with IT to develop and deploy, managing those initiatives as needed
  • Oversee benchmarking, evaluation, and implementation of best practices to business reporting / analytics capabilities
  • Development of analytics solutions for deployment by global process owners
  • Partner with IT on EDI development needs
  • Liaison with Finance on month end analytics and reporting creation
  • Timely publication of performance dashboards, including business insights towards senior management
  • Responsible over the platform governance (changes in BU's, products, definitions, inclusions & exclusions,) sustaining the platform in the future (integration with new systems, BU's,) and ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such Power BI, SQL, SAS or R.
  • Minimum of one year of directly or indirectly leading and mentoring a team.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations research, or a similar role with proven success in food or consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Experience with supply chain planning and forecasting systems, ERP systems, and data management tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to translate large, complex data into actionable business insights that have an impact.
Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences,including senior executives.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills,with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within supply chain,operations,and sales/marketing.
  • Understanding of key business metrics and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations that impact performance.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, processes, and best practices
