Account Specialist

  • Hourly Range: $30.00 to $33.00 depending on experience.

Summary:

Provide customer support, order management, demand fulfillment, invoicing, and processing of lease paperwork for assigned territory, dealers, or large national and global account clients. Review and ensure compliance with contracts and delivery requirements based on company practice when financial penalties are associated, as well as compliance with related JSox process controls. Advocate for accounts and TABS to ensure accurate and timely processing/ administration. Responsible for process training for dealers and clients within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage account base for the assigned contracts, clients, or territory.
  • Review and interpret executed contracts to ensure appropriate support and service coverage is available for account base, and bridge gaps between TABS, Dealers and Clients. Coordinate and process requests for equipment.
  • Review, advocate and collaborate with departments including the Demand Fulfillment Manager regarding product availability and allocation priority.
  • Identify problem areas via project/account management tools and develop recommendations for corrective action within company practices.
  • Review and process orders, pricing, discount equipment configuration, and invoice accuracy.
  • Facilitate financial compromises amongst involved parties. Responsible for adherence with JSox controls and GAAP compliance related to order documentation, purchase order requirements, and pricing compliance within assigned account base.
  • Develop course of action to ensure accounts are compliant with established contracts.
  • Ensure special order requests are complete. Respond to questions as they arise to facilitate administrative processes.
  • Monitor and assess dealer to client performance, disposition requests, oversee the assigned account base asset management, and escalate to appropriate resources for resolution.
  • Schedule calls to ensure equipment set-up and installations are completed within contractual requirements.
  • Ensure client utilizes proper supply fulfillment program, such as PageSmart, ATR, or GOLD/GSP. Make recommendations to management and implement approved corrective action as required.
  • Develop/run reports in compliance with client contracts to ensure contractual performance with equipment installation, invoicing, service billing, and supply fulfillment. Leverage data to adjust processes for improved client satisfaction.
  • Provide training for dealers and end user clients on proper use of TABS systems and programs. Include internal staff members as required to ensure smooth transition of contract implementation and operational execution. Facilitate communication of the execution processes internally and externally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a combination of the following areas at a regional or national level: account management, customer support or pre/post-sales support (order administration & demand fulfillment) and contract administration/adherence.
  • May have experience in captive lease programs or project coordination/management.
  • Ability to:
    • Resolve order management/invoicing/account management problems.
    • Establish positive relationships with clients.
    • Monitor situations and report/escalate issues.
