The Retention and Registration Specialist is a dedicated position focused on supporting retention efforts and promoting timely and accurate registration for all students. The position will provide coordination across all programs and student segments but with a new focus on adult and graduate students, who often require more regular support than traditional students as they navigate life cycle changes that can interrupt the educational plans of adult students.
This role requires a dynamic individual capable of implementing effective adult and graduate retention initiatives that complement a robust university retention plan, fostering a positive and supportive environment for adult and graduate students, and contributing to the continuous improvement of registration processes for all student populations. The College Retention and Registration Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that students not only enroll successfully but also thrive throughout their academic journey.
