Manager, Contingent Workforce Program - Denver, Colorado

In this dynamic role, you'll provide valuable support as a key member of the Third-Party Labor Management team.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and implementation of staffing and scheduling for the Operational Third-Party Workforce to ensure contractual goals are met.
• Manages global assignments and projects including the VMS centralization of Third-Party Labor workforce technologies and processes.
• Manages Program Supplier base to include compliance, standards, and day-to-day Third-Party Labor operational tasks.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, plus 5-7 years progressive experience, or equivalent.
• VMS experience required.
• General understanding of Contingent Labor within the corporate environment.
• Oracle experience preferred, but not required.
• Data Analytics to include KPI's and SLA's experience preferred, but not required.

Salary

The annual rate range is $93,750.00 - $125,000.00 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
