Senior Specialist, EUC Solutions Engineering - Denver, CO (Hybrid)

In this pivotal role, you will be a part of a team supporting 3rd party end-user applications in a global capacity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Consults with run teams and stakeholders to identify hardware, software or system specifications.
  • Builds systems based on user and system specifications.
  • Takes the lead in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for end-user infrastructure systems.
  • Develops, builds and executes test plans and proofs-of-concept, documents result's and integrates into final design.
  • Integrates new hardware and software releases into the production environment.
  • Provides support of end-user technologies on workstations, mobile devices, servers and peripherals by responding to third-level work requests for installation, configuration, troubleshooting or maintenance of end-user infrastructure systems and the release of new solutions.
  • Creates and maintains solution and operational support documentation and performs knowledge transfer to Service Desk and IT support staff.
  • Performs problem management.
  • Recommends and implements technology and process enhancements to improve service delivery.
  • Works independently but may require some supervision on larger or complex tasks and projects.
  • Provides technical coaching to less experienced peers.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar field or equivalent work experience is acceptable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in-depth knowledge of a variety of software and hardware systems, Microsoft and Apple products; and end-user support.
  • Knowledge of a variety of IT tools is required.
  • Proven customer support experience and very good understanding of business processes.
  • Willing to work on-call rotation to handle occasional incidents and escalations.

Salary

The base salary range is $78,000 - 92,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term (8% of base), incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
