Responsible to ensure that product meets company specifications, ensure that job duties that affect safety, legality, and quality standards are addressed. Perform duties and tasks routinely, adapts techniques to meet special needs, and apply basic skills.

Accountabilities:

• Provides break relief coverage for the following positions: case erector/packer; dough mover; mixer; operator; packer; palletizer as needed.
• Learns and demonstrates full competency in performing the job functions of the various positions assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness in the work area.
• Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred
• One year related experience and/or training
• Experience in the food industry is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift: 2nd (1:45 pm - 10:15 pm)
