KLA has a robust program to collect and analyze on-tool telemetry to more proactively service our tools.
This role will work with the field teams at our beta partners to:
- determine the appropriate metrics for assessing Insight quality and customer value
- collect the Insights being generated by our Analytics server
- summarize the quality of Insights
- quantify the customer value of those Insights
- identify improvements needed
As the Analytics server is a new service offering, this role has an opportunity to establish meaningful guidance and work processes across our service organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires less than 1 year of related experience.
- Technical undergraduate degree (or pursuit of).
- Strong data and analysis skills.
- Clear, critical thinking to align deliverables with stated business objectives.
- Desire to thrive in a team environment where input will be received from multiple stakeholders.
