Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC) development. As a key member of our Salesforce development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and robust solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented design principles and a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) on the client-side and leveraging object-oriented design principles and best practices for back-end.
  • Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and other Salesforce development artifacts.
  • Customize and extend standard Salesforce functionality to meet unique business needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and extend integrations built on the Force.com platform.
  • Collaborate with front-end components to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and web services.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and participate in the overall quality assurance process.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends, particularly in ECMAScript and modern JavaScript.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Familiarity with SF Command Line tooling, Git, and VS Code.
  • AWS/Azure resource integration skills, a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented design principles and hands-on experience in applying them to Salesforce development.
  • Solid understanding of ECMAScript and modern JavaScript for Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Ability to design and optimize Salesforce data models.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, JavaScript).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $ 130,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
