WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Commercial Deposit and Treasury Management Quality Control Specialist is responsible for the daily processing and maintenance of commercial deposit and cash management services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Complete quality reviews for all new setup and maintenance items for Commercial Deposit Accounts and Cash Management related services.
  • Complete ACH review including but not limited to; ACH NACHA violations, ACH return ratio monitoring and ACH limit controls.
  • Monitor and identify possible risk and fraudulent activities to both customers and the Bank utilizing monitoring software and reports.
  • Maintain all Treasury Management documents
  • Maintain the Bank's analysis billing system.
  • Provide backup support to Commercial Deposit and Treasury Management Regional Support teams, including documentation preparation, cash management services setup, maintenance, and training needs for services including but not limited to; ACH processing, business internet banking, business bill pay, sweep accounts, positive pay, monthly and annual CDs, and Remote Deposit Capture.
  • Other special projects as directed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Knowledge of:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Operational workflows and secure file transmissions
  • Advanced knowledge of line of business policies, procedures and products

Ability to:

  • Multi-task and work independently
  • Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion
  • Adapt to change and respond to all requests in a professional manner
  • Desire to suggest new approaches to existing procedures within established options to gain efficiencies in department tasks
  • Analyze and solve problems for which there are not always precedents
  • Maintain visual attention and mental concentration for extended periods of time
  • Possess the ability to understand and process multiple types of inquiries in a professional, fast-paced, and high traffic environment

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

  • Requires 2 years related work experience; previous banking experience preferred.
  • Requires strong background working with a variety of PC operating systems and anti-virus software.
  • Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and Adobe Acrobat.
