Provides general clerical and administrative support to the Finance & Business Development departments, to ensure maximum department efficiency. Perform a variety of clerical duties such as composing general correspondence, calendar management, copying & compiling data, maintaining & electronic filing of records and reports.

Essential Functions:

Finance Department:

  • Provide direct administrative support to Director of Finance
  • Draft items for CFB agenda in TSAMM
  • Communicate to ARCs and ARC Dept Head concerns or anomalies noted by Command Finance Board and Director of Finance
  • Provide Reserve balance to Adult Rehabilitation Centers, as needed.
  • Update and Maintain Bank Authorizations and signature cards.
  • Assist in managing the USC ARCC Finance Dept Mailbox
  • Manage special projects for Director of Finance
  • Manage office communications and processes while the Director of Finance is not in the office.

Business Development & Technology Department:

  • Assists the ARC Command IT Help Desk with routing of technical support tickets to appropriate staff and following up with resolution.
  • Assists the Business Development & Technology department in the basic preparation of quotes, requisitions and supporting documents, for Command Finance Board and meeting presentations.
  • At the direction of the Director of Business Development & IT Manager, place and track orders for approved computer hardware/software and other related supplies/accessories.
  • Assists with reviews and reporting related to recurring billing for managed internet and phone services and vendors.
  • Assists the ARC Helpdesk to maintain equipment inventory.
  • Maintains electronic filing system for the department via shared network drives and other databases.
  • Works with ARC Command Finance department to process accounts payable and the smooth handling of business and technology services orders & invoices.
  • Prepares and disseminates general Business Development and Technology related electronic emails to ARC users.
  • Assist with calendar scheduling for the Business Development & Technology department.
