Shutterstock is seeking an Enterprise Integratio Architect to join the Architecture Team. This is a crucial role that bridges the gap between business and technology. You'll engage with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to align strategies and design cutting-edge solutions that streamline processes and enable revenue growth. The Day to Day:

• Collaborate with both business and tech stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges regarding business processes and systems.

• Play a key role in requirements gathering and analysis and ensuring stakeholder needs are accurately captured and addressed.

• Design robust solution designs, data models, and process models to support business objectives.

• Establish and maintain the strategic architecture direction for business systems, including integration of systems and high level design of enterprise data warehouse.

• Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in integrating 3rd party SaaS business systems, particularly Salesforce, Workday, and Genesys.

• Research industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our business architecture and recommending innovative solutions.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Proven engineering experience in business systems architecture, particularly in a cross-functional environment.

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong background in designing and implementing integrated solutions with Salesforce, Workday, Genesys, or similar platforms.

• Adept at creating detailed architecture designs, data models, and process diagrams.

• A commitment to staying informed on industry trends and best practices in business systems and architecture.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
