Position target:

Perform a range of administrative planning activities to support the supply and production capacity planning for Flavours Operations at local level, securing that products can be manufactured and supplied on time to customers from existing manufacturing facilities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands. Create repack process orders as needed and release to production.

  • Resolve or escalate issues related to orders, working with production, customer care and regional and global affiliates as required.

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly status reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, past due purchase orders) and distribute.

  • Produce and analyse order and production data on an ad hoc basis as required by management.

  • Receive and record vendor confirmations, file purchase order documents, other duties as required. Work with materials planners and purchasing group to resolve vendor issues.

  • Perform various auxiliary administrative planning functions to support the department manager, production planners and raw material planners as required.

  • Work under the standards of quality, safety and industrial hygiene and good practices.

  • Management of boot and pager invoices for the site.

  • Manage Packaging Supply.

  • Follow and execute PIR/golden rules/best practices, SLOB.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade or others .

Professional experience, preferred

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Technical Skills

  • ERP/MRP desired.

  • Language skills: English.

  • Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Supply Chain and Planning
