This is a remote position we prefer that you are near a major airport for travel purposes.

What you will doAs the Sales Director, you will be leading our initiative into the rapidly evolving sector of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising and Ad-tech solutions. This role calls for a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital advertising sales, particularly experienced in direct and programmatic DOOH. Your key responsibilities will include setting strategic directions, driving go-to-market operations, managing critical client relationships, and leading both direct and cross-functional teams to achieve high growth results, establishing LG as a leader in the digital advertising landscape.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Strategy Development: Play a key role in setting business priorities for sales, product development, and operations. Collaborate with peer leaders to define the roadmap for the new DOOH business.* Sales Development & Account Management: Act as a player/coach to scale up the DOOH ads business by expanding sales and service organization. Engage actively with prospects to gather feedback while selling DOOH offerings and leading negotiations to close deals effectively.* Marketplace Development: Lead go-to-market efforts for acquiring DOOH ad supply and monetizing programmatic ads; develop partnerships in both supply and demand sides. Identify new business opportunities in the market.* Client Relations & Product Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and media buyers. Collaborate internally to develop customized pDOOH advertising solutions that meet client objectives while achieving revenue targets.* Market Analysis & Feedback: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the DOOH market. Analyze market data/customer feedback to identify areas of growth or improvement in product offerings or sales strategies.* Cross-Functional Management: Bridge gaps between various teams including Hardware, Ads Product, BD, Legal Operations and HQ departments; ensure smooth communication across functions.* External Market Evangelism: Attend industry events/conferences representing our brand in the DOOH space.

To be successful, you will need* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field ; MBA preferred.* Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales within the digital advertising industry is required; at least 3-5 years of that should be specifically in programmatic advertising or DOOH.* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within the digital advertising space; extensive experience in working with major advertising agencies and consumer goods companies preferred.* Strong knowledge of programmatic buying/selling platforms (DSPs/SSPs), ad exchanges/marketplaces, data management platforms (DMPs), ad servers, etc., related to pDOOH advertising is preferred.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a high-performing sales team.* Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels from C-level executives to media planners/buyers* Strategic thinker with analytical skills who can identify opportunities for growth

Base Pay Range: Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.

This base pay range is based on US national averages.
