Your Role: Responsible for research and resolution of partner (customer or supplier) behavior and payment variances.

• Provides analytical expertise in managing partner portfolios to resolve and reconcile open receivable balances (aka disputes/deductions)
• Ensures customer offsets are appropriately categorized in the ledger
• Investigates aging receivables and researches to mitigate loss
• Trends data and conducts analysis to identify the root cause of systemic problems.
• Partners specifically with Warehouse, Inventory, Transportation and Sales to understand trends with delivery shortages, damages, and fees.
• Collaborates and communicates with external business partners to understand processes and establish mutually beneficial improvements & resolve disputes
• Applies Lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.

We Need You To Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or another business-related field
• High proficiency in communication skills - written and verbal
• Exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external customers
• Excellent organization and follow up skills

We'd Like You To Have:

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
• Advanced Excel skills, including a good working knowledge of V-Lookup and Pivot Table functions
• Ability to work in a flexible work environment, meeting the needs of the business
