Our leading-edge product offering supports a diverse range of services to law firms and legal services providers. As a Senior Director you'll be in a senior-level leadership position responsible for executing the division's strategic plan and guiding efforts to meet the Bank's annual growth and customer retention targets. You'll be responsible for leading the growth and development of the region's deposits. We are looking for a candidate who is successful at interfacing with all levels of management and understands the value of true collaboration, has high energy and maintains an optimistic view, even in challenging environments. The ideal candidate excels at converting networking leads and opportunities into wins.

What we are looking for:

  • Responsible for supporting the Senior Managing Director of the Juris Banking national business line in executing the Bank's strategic plan, with specific focus of leading the efforts to grow the deposit portfolio.

  • Develop and drive a nimble, innovative growth strategy to source business from multiple channels.

  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop messaging and servicing offering platforms that will drive success in your region.

  • Partner as a trusted "go-to" resource for internal banking colleagues to help build a robust internal referral pipeline.

  • Develop and execute a regional industry plan (eg. conferences, events, associations, ad placements, thought leadership pieces) to help expand brand awareness and additional sources of new business.

  • Be the voice of the client and the broader marketplace as part of the Legal Banking Services team. Participate in business strategy sessions and work actively with teammates to brainstorm out-of-the box market disruption ideas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • 12+ years of related experience in an escrow & payment servicing business line or other related service/industry

  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.

  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.

  • Strong speaking and writing skills for internal and external audiences.
