Caudex, a progressive medical communications agency within McCann Health, has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, inspirational VP, Medical Director to provide scientific leadership on a strategic accounts.

The VP, Medical Director will take responsibility in conjunction with the client service lead for developing a strong partnership with the client and ensuring our high standards of project delivery are achieved. Applicants will oversee the management of a full range of high-quality medical communication services, effectively balancing elements of project direction and editorial/scientific leadership.

We are looking for a dedicated person who can design and support delivery of creative communications for both internal and external use, including congress activities, advisory boards, standalone meetings, digital and training materials.

The Caudex team are extremely talented, committed individuals who bring their inquisitive minds together to provide creative solutions for our clients and their customers, never afraid to challenge or ask insightful questions, and continuously driving the healthcare debate. We're looking for a like-minded individual to join our dynamic team.


Applicants must have a life science degree (preferably a PhD or PharmD) and significant previous experience in a medical communications agency and / or medical affairs team. Prior account leadership would be an advantage as we are looking for people with strong leadership skills, as well as experience across a broad range of therapy areas.
