Job Description
The role of the Workforce Coordinator is intended to support HR and Operations in onboarding new hires to the business during seasonal peak. They will help facilitate their assimilation into the business, answer questions, and act as a partner with leadership/HR to help identify any gaps in training and retention. Responsibilities: * Provide daily feedback on employee engagement * Active role in employee onboarding through orientation program, Day 1-3 feedback * Manage timekeeping process: employee schedules, timecards, attendance, separations in partnership with labor coordinator * Assist with resolution of employee paycheck issues in partnership with HR * Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting for attendance, attrition, safety and performance tracking * Partner with QA to stay up-to-date on SQF policies and procedures * Partner with operations leadership to foster a respectful team environment that supports workplace values * Coordinate and support employee activities and initiatives such as incentive programs (cookie/popcorn giveaways, contests, etc) * Maintain high visibility on the warehouse/production floor * Assist with seasonal recruiting (supporting interviews or orientation as needed) * Partner with HR to ensure timely and accurate completion of injury and incident reports * Other duties/projects as assigned Prior experience with HR/Ops administration within a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to speak, understand and communicate in English required, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus leverage basic computer systems, explain systems to others. Walking and standing is required throughout an 8 hour shift, ability to lift up to 50 lbs Hours Available: 2nd Shift, 2 pm - 10 pm, Saturdays maybe required Seasonal Positions from September - December Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
